These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the sale of products through www.specimn.com to consumers purchasing for personal purposes, outside any commercial or professional activity.
They define the rights and obligations of SPECIMN and its customers in connection with the online sale of clothing, footwear, sneakers and accessories.
By placing an order on the website, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms.
SPECIMN reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in force on the date the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 1 — PRODUCTS
The products available for purchase are those displayed on www.specimn.com, subject to availability.
SPECIMN takes great care in selecting, describing and presenting its products.
Each product page provides the essential characteristics of the item, including its brand, description, size, colour and price.
Product photographs are intended to represent items as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur depending on individual screen settings.
Such differences do not affect consumers' rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity.
SPECIMN reserves the right to modify its product selection at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.
ARTICLE 2 — ORDERS
Customers select the products they wish to purchase and add them to their shopping cart.
Before proceeding to payment, customers can review their order summary, check the selected products, quantities, prices and applicable shipping costs.
Customers may modify their orders before final confirmation.
An order becomes binding when the customer confirms the purchase by clicking the button explicitly indicating an obligation to pay.
An order confirmation email is then sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Creating a customer account is not mandatory where the website allows guest checkout.
SPECIMN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure or clearly incorrect information.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled, the customer will receive a refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are offered subject to stock availability.
Despite the precautions taken in inventory management, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, SPECIMN will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be offered:
-
A refund for the unavailable product.
-
An alternative product, subject to the customer's agreement.
-
Delayed delivery, where possible and accepted by the customer.
If no alternative solution is agreed upon, SPECIMN will refund the amounts due within the legally required timeframe.
Where an order contains several products, SPECIMN may dispatch the available items separately after informing the customer, without charging additional shipping fees.
ARTICLE 4 — PRICES
Product prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT), in accordance with the tax rules applicable to the order.
Shipping costs are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
The total order amount, including applicable charges, is displayed before the customer confirms the purchase.
SPECIMN reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the prices in effect when the order is confirmed.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees may apply.
Whether these charges are payable by the customer depends on the applicable shipping conditions and the information provided before the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT METHODS
Orders must be paid for using one of the payment methods available on the website at checkout.
These may include:
-
Credit or debit cards.
-
Visa.

Mastercard.
-
American Express.
-
PayPal.
Payments are processed through specialised payment service providers using appropriate security protocols.
SPECIMN does not directly store customers' complete payment card details.

To provide greater flexibility, SPECIMN voluntarily extends the return period to 15 days from receipt of the order.

-
In their original packaging where necessary for protection or resale.

Including a copy of the invoice or the order number is recommended to facilitate identification of the return.
Direct return shipping costs for a change of mind are borne by the customer, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Where a product is defective or non-conforming and covered by a statutory guarantee, the costs necessary to bring the product into conformity are covered in accordance with applicable law.
7.4 Refunds
When a customer exercises their statutory right of withdrawal, SPECIMN refunds the amounts due, including the original standard delivery costs, in accordance with applicable law.
Additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard option may not be refunded.
Refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
For sales of goods, SPECIMN may withhold the refund until the products have been received or proof of their return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to another method that does not incur additional charges.
For returns falling exclusively under SPECIMN's extended 15-day commercial return policy, SPECIMN aims to process refunds within 2 to 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products.
7.5 Exchanges
