What are the shipping costs?

Orders are shipped via Colissimo tracked delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.

France: Shipping costs €8. Free shipping on orders over €150.

Europe: Shipping costs €25. Free shipping on orders over €300.

International: Shipping costs €35. Free shipping on orders over €300.

In-store pickup: If you choose to collect your order in-store, you will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection at the following address:

What are the delivery times?

Estimated delivery times from the date your order is dispatched from our store in Toulouse are:

  • France: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events and postal strikes.

What is the return period?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, SPECIMN offers an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order, whether delivered to your home or collected in-store.

Returned items must be suitable for resale.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags and accessories, in perfect condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged, together with the completed return form.

How do I return an item?

You can return your item by post, at your own expense, to the following address:

Please include the completed return form originally provided with your order, along with a copy of your invoice.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 2 to 10 days of SPECIMN receiving the returned products.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method used when placing the order.

SPECIMN reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abnormal or abusive returns, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
